Before calling technical support, please ensure you have the following:
1. A CCTV installer on site
2. A PC or Mac attached to the same network as the DVR
3. The IP address and password for your broadband router

Without these we will be unable to assist you.

> Returns
Should you have a problem with any product you have purchased from Luxrite you will need to contact technical support on 01438 909168 or 01438 749065. Our technical team will help you troubleshoot your product and discuss your options should the product need to be returned.
In any returns case you will need to fill out and return an RMA form before we will be able to process a repair or replacement.

It is the responsibility of the customer to return the faulty product to Luxrite LTD within 14 days, after this period no credit will be given.

In any case the customer will need to fill out and return an RMA form before any repair or replacement is shipped.

> DOA Policy
Should you find your product DOA, Luxrite LTD will in line with our terms and conditions arrange collection of the faulty product. Once the fault has been confirmed Luxrite LTD will arrange for a repaired / replacement product to be sent out.
PLEASE NOTE: Our DOA policy is for the first 14 days from the date of invoice only.
