Product End-of-Life PolicyLast Modified: May 21, 2024
Purpose and Scope Products reach EOL for a number of reasons including changing market demands, technology innovation and development driving changes in the product, etc. While this is an established part of a product life cycle, Luxrite Ltd recognises that EOL dates must be clearly stated to allow our customers to plan accordingly with their business operations. This Product End-of-Life (EOL) policy outlines the key milestones for ending service support and firmware updates, including security updates, for SPRO products. The EOL policy applies to all SPRO products, encompassing both software and hardware (collectively referred to as "Products"). Products that have already reached the end of their lifecycle are excluded from this policy.
Definitions End of Life (EOL): This refers to the last date the product will be available for purchase. After this date, the product is no longer available for general commercial sale or availability. End of Service & Support (EOS): This term refers to the final date for service support of SPRO products. SPRO commits to maintaining security updates for a minimum of 3 years following the EOL date of certain SPRO products. Prior to the EOS date, SPRO or its affiliates will provide firmware updates, including security updates, and relevant service support for these products.
EOS List The EOS List below will be updated as products or internal policies change. Luxrite Ltd is committed to delivering excellent products and services. For any questions, please contact us at sales@luxritesecurity.com
